Bridget is a deeply knowledgeable and experienced coach who is extremely wise. Bridget worked in collaboration with me to set targets and goals and did ask some really tough questions. In turn, this helped me to reflect on potential opportunities for growth and improvement. I feel a great deal more confident and a great deal more effective in managing my program. Bridget also assisted me to learn new tools to navigate challenges, to set goals and provided some tips on new ways for me to problem solve.

Bridget coached me through a year of huge personal change where I was leading a large team for the first time and there was both a restructure within my business and also structural change disrupting the way that we do business.
